Temple Gold Leaf 2021 Award
Temple Publications is excited to share with you the launch of our annual Temple Gold Leaf Award (with different entry categories to be announced for every annual competition). The aim of this campaign is to motivate, inspire and create awareness around the power of language, the importance of, and opportunities which lie in creative writing as well as opening the doors to the world of publishing in Mauritius to those who have the talent, a voice, a lot to say, but no platform from which to share it.
Temple Publications is committed to encouraging, sourcing and educating local, aspiring authors and creatives, guiding them on their journey into budding authors, by publishing their winning stories under this year’s 2021 Short Story Print Collection. This year, our theme for the Temple Gold Leaf 2021 Award was Mauritius: Culture, Food, People, History, Roots and Rituals under the category: Short Story, with our esteemed judges having had their work cut out for them in selecting a winner and 2 finalists.
